Biography

Jason is building his civil litigation practice in personal injury defence by achieving client-centric results. His strength in advocacy is matched only by his desire to find the best solution for his client’s problems in an efficient and professional manner.
 
Jason enjoyed a successful career as a restaurateur before turning his focus to the law. Jason studied communications at Capilano University and earned his BA studying philosophy at UBC. Jason then attended law school at the University of Victoria and concurrently completed the MBA program along with his JD.
 
Before his call to the bar in 2017, Jason articled with a large regional defense firm here in Vancouver where he worked on a variety of files including personal injury defense for institutional clients. Jason had a number of cases dismissed in Provincial Court and frequently appeared in chambers and mediations on a variety of matters.
 
In his spare time, Jason enjoys photography, playing beach volleyball, and spending time in the outdoors with his family.
