Biography

Lisa Dawson is our Director of HR & Operations. With over 20 years of Legal Management experience as a law firm Administrator, Lisa is committed to the success of our employees and our clients.

Lisa is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the firm’s client services and for managing all human resources activities for employees including the development and execution of programs and initiatives in the areas of recruiting, benefits, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations.

Lisa holds a BSBA from the University of Denver, Colorado and has a background in Hotel & Restaurant Management where she got her start in Human Resources. Lisa is also a certified facilitator for Personality Dimensions®, a behavioural tool to help self-awareness so you can be more effective in your relationships with others. She is an active member of the British Columbia Legal Management Association. Lisa shares her professional expertise by facilitating workshops at the Law Courts Center.
